Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded,Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We ask you to ensure that you read and understand Necorivia Candles burning instructions. If you did not follow our burning instructions then it is likely the user’s fault, if this is deemed to be the case you will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
  • Custom labels and personalized candles in our products are made to order with specific customer requirements in mind, we are not able to process returns for any Personalized items.
  • To be eligible for a replacement of broken or defective item, please provide all of the following information (within 24 hours):
  1. a copy of your initial purchase receipt emailed to admin@necorivia.com 
  2. a picture and or pictures of damaged goods emailed to admin@necorivia.com 
  3. your full name, address, email and contact phone number

Shipping returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
